El Galpón is a family house. Three generations of one family have kept this grill burning in Metepec.
Today the house is being renewed, but what brought us here stays the same: the fire, Argentine cooking and the pleasure of welcoming you as if you were at home.

In Argentina, a galpón is the big shed of a country estate: the place where the essentials are kept and where people gather. Next to our name is the mate, a drink shared from hand to hand. That is how we understand this house.

Everything we do begins and ends with the people who sit at our table. We want every visit to feel like coming home: to be welcomed by name, looked after without hurry, and to find what you love just as you remember it.
