Welcome to the El Galpón website (galpon.mx). By accessing, browsing or using this website, and by booking a table or using our restaurant, bar and gallery services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or our services.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. General information and purpose
The website galpon.mx is operated by El Galpón (the “Establishment”), located at Blvd. Toluca–Metepec No. 400, Galerías Metepec, Metepec, State of Mexico. Its purpose is to provide information about our menu, concept, opening hours and location, and to make it easy to contact us to book a table.
2. Use of the website
- You agree to use the website lawfully and to refrain from any act that could damage, disable, overload or impair the website, or prevent other people from using it normally.
- You may not use the content of this website (text, images, logos and design) for commercial purposes or reproduce it without the prior written permission of El Galpón.
3. Reservations policy
- How to book. You can request a reservation online on our reservations page, by phone at 722 232 4632 or through our official social media. Every reservation is subject to availability and to confirmation by the restaurant: an online request does not hold the table until we confirm it by phone or email.
- Punctuality and cancellations. If you cannot make it or need to change the number of guests, please let us know in advance through our official contact channels. We reserve the right to release the table after a reasonable grace period, usually 15 minutes.
5. Intellectual property
All content on galpon.mx, including photographs of dishes and premises, exhibited artworks, graphic design and trademarks, is the exclusive property of El Galpón or is used with the corresponding permission of its authors or exhibiting artists. Some images on the website are illustrative.
6. Privacy and data protection
This website does not use registration forms. It uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits, as explained in the Privacy notice. Personal data you give us when booking or contacting us (such as your name and phone number) is handled in accordance with applicable Mexican law, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), and our Privacy notice.
7. Limitation of liability
- El Galpón does not guarantee that the website will be available continuously and without interruption, and accepts no liability for loss or damage of any kind arising from its unavailability or from technical failures.
- The Establishment has the health and civil-protection measures required by law, but is not responsible for personal belongings left behind or lost on its premises.
8. Changes to these terms
El Galpón may modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on galpon.mx; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
